All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Packages ship from our Toronto studio via Canada Post, UPS or Chit Chats.

Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number.  This information is sent via email once the item has shipped. All orders are shipped with tracking.

Shipping is FREE over $150 in Canada. 

Flat rate $10 in Canada under $150

USA flat rate of $10

International flat rate of $20

Curbside Pick up

We also offer FREE local pickup at our Toronto studio (2814 Dufferin St, North York, ON), inside Loki Hair Studio. Please select curbside pick up on check out.

Once the order is complete you will receive an email to pick up the item. Regular processing times will apply to curb side pick up. Please wait for your email before picking up. 

Items will be available in the pick up box located on the main level of the salon. Your order number and name will be clearly printed on the package. Please be mindful of which package you select.

Lost or stolen packages

Packages will ship to the address indicated during check out. Please ensure the correct address is listed on your order.  We are NOT able to issue refunds if they are shipped to the wrong address. You will be required to reorder your item(s) to the correct address or pick up from our studio should the package be returned to sender. 

We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your order please do the following.

- Check your community mailbox if you have one. Please make sure you check any notices which direct you to an alternate box were the package might be.

- Check with all your neighbors, sometimes the letter carrier makes mistakes; they're human.

If you have done all of the above and you still don't have the package, please contact us, we will assist you to place a claim

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We are unable to offer refunds for any carrier delays
  • We are unable to refund/reship packages that are still in transit; this includes packages that the shipping carrier has denoted “In Transit, Arriving Late”, Delayed"
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot forward packages to a different address. 
  • We are unable to refund or reship orders where the tracking shows delivered. Should this happen, please submit a missing mail request with the appropriate carrier.

International Buyers – Please Note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
  • International regulations require that the value of your item(s) be declared on all customs forms We are unable to mark items as a gift.

Refused and Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, your order will be restocked and refunded less the cost of shipping.

If a custom/engraved item is refused or returned as undeliverable, a 50% restocking fee will be assessed. Original shipping is non-refundable. 

We are unable to reship orders that are returned as undeliverable. If you would like us to reship your order, please place a new order and be sure to double check the shipping address provided.
